This unit is located in one of the greenest parts of Playa Vista. At your doorsteps, you have Crescent Park, with over four acres of green space. One block away, you have The Sports Park with soccer, baseball, tennis, and basketball facilities. There are also several hiking trails within a block or two. Down the street, you will find the Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve, which is the second largest open space in Los Angeles.
